Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Residue Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

2.      Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

3.      Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Residue Apparel is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

4.      Lost or Stolen Packages

Residue Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

5.      Damaged or Incorrect Orders
